Deliveries and Other Services

Courier Depot will take good care of your packages, but if the package is worth over $50.00, you will need to make special arrangements to insure it's value. Courier Depot liability for loss or damage to a package is limited to $50.00 or the actual value of the package. Under no circumstances will Courier Depot be liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits. Courier Depot must be notified in writing within 48 hours of any losses or damages. Failure to do so will release Courier Depot from liability.

Courier Depot may not accept nor be liable for any items that are not properly wrapped or packaged. If you have items that require special handling you must indicate this to the courier by clearly marking fragile, glass, perishable, or special handling required on the package, and delivery slip.

Bank deposits must be in a locked bag and driver number verified.

Payment terms are Net 15 Days from the invoice date. Any discrepancy must be reported to carrier within 10 days of the invoice date. Past due accounts are subject to a service charge of 18% per annum.
